Professional Background
I'm a former Microsoft executive with 30+ years of leadership, coaching, and mentorship experience. I have led strategic initiatives across 40+ countries and founded Mastery of Me, a leadership coaching and advisory practice focused on clarity, communication, and intentional leadership.
I hold an MBA in Executive Management from Royal Roads University, an MPA from Western University, and am a Chartered Manager through the Canadian Institute of Management, where I also serve as a National Board Member supporting professional development across Canada.
I am currently pursuing ICF coaching accreditation, building on decades of coaching and mentoring leaders around the world. I also serve on multiple nonprofit boards in education, culture, and professional development, and am a passionate advocate for mentorship, leadership development, and community building.
